Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms explain how EasyFable ("we," "us," "our") provides website packages and monthly care plans. When you buy a package, you'll also sign a package agreement. If the two ever differ, your signed agreement controls.

1. Packages

We offer three website packages, each paired with a required monthly care plan:

Each package's full scope is listed on our Pricing page and in your agreement. Work outside that scope, including new pages, redesigns, new features and integrations, is quoted and billed separately.

2. Payments

3. Monthly care plans

4. Update requests

One update request is one batch of changes you send us at once, across any existing pages or sections. It can include text, images, hours, prices, links, buttons or existing testimonials. Later batches count as new requests. Unused requests don't roll over. Fixing our own mistakes doesn't count against your allowance. New pages, sections, redesigns, features, integrations and ongoing SEO projects are separate paid work.

5. Timelines

"5 Days or Less" means five business days for Starter websites. The timeline begins once we've received your completed questionnaire and everything we need, and depends on timely feedback and approval from you. Professional and Growth timelines are confirmed before you buy.

6. Revisions and approval

You'll receive a preview of your website and can request changes within your package's included revision rounds. Please send all changes for each round together. Your written approval is required before launch.

7. Love Your Website Guarantee

We'll work with you to get your design right before it goes live, within your package's agreed scope and included revision rounds. The guarantee doesn't cover new builds, added features or work outside your package scope.

8. Your content

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to the logos, photos, reviews and other content you give us, and that the business facts you approve are accurate. We won't invent reviews, credentials, licenses, pricing or claims about your business.

9. Ownership and your domain

10. Self-hosting and handoff

After final payment, you may request a documented file handoff or a paid move to hosting you control. Once the handoff or move is accepted, ongoing changes, troubleshooting, monitoring, backups and support are no longer included. Future work can be purchased separately, subject to scope and feasibility. We'll still fix defects within the agreed handoff.

11. Cancellation

12. No guaranteed results

We build websites to look professional, build trust and make it easy for customers to reach you. We include foundational Google and SEO setup, but we don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue. AI chat assistant answers depend on the approved content provided and aren't guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
